Some of the things taht I do to stay healthy are:

for example: I walk every morning for 10minutes when I go to my job, I drink plenty water, about 5 liters a day and sometimes, I put music an dance over and over until fatigue.

of course, I avoid things like:
  • Eating lot of fast food or fatty foods.
    and smoking.
I don't go to the gym because I am very lazy for that. Also, I prefer walking, dancing or passive gynastics.

I am slim, but I don'n go on a diet, because I love the food and I know that I don't have any bad eating habits. anyway... I hardly ever get a check-up, I only go to the doctor when I fell very sick or very tired, and when i need a medical excuse. no more.

although, now I don't feel good well at all, because in these days I has been working hard therefore I am exhausted. Anyway... I have some plan for the future regarding my health, for example, I need exercise my body, because I have to win six kilos more, the nutricinist toldme that I should weigh more.

    Hi Maggy, I found one mistake in your composition. You shouldn't say "I need exercise my body"...You should say "I need to exercise my body".
