Some of the things taht I do to stay healthy are:

for example: I walk every morning for 10minutes when I go to my job, I drink plenty water, about 5 liters a day and sometimes, I put music an dance over and over until fatigue.

of course, I avoid things like:

Eating lot of fast food or fatty foods.
and smoking.

I don't go to the gym because I am very lazy for that. Also, I prefer walking, dancing or passive gynastics.

I am slim, but I don'n go on a diet, because I love the food and I know that I don't have any bad eating habits. anyway... I hardly ever get a check-up, I only go to the doctor when I fell very sick or very tired, and when i need a medical excuse. no more.

although, now I don't feel good well at all, because in these days I has been working hard therefore I am exhausted. Anyway... I have some plan for the future regarding my health, for example, I need exercise my body, because I have to win six kilos more, the nutricinist toldme that I should weigh more.

I enjoy surfing the Net, because it relax me a lot of; my favorite Web Site is “The Heraldo”, I like to read their articles. And I like to find out what happen around the world.

Other the my favorites Web Sites is Fox Channel, because is very funny, and let me see chapter of the programs in English, whit subtitles in Spanish, which is very useful, for learning English.

I use the Web Site for information and entertainment, no more. I don’t shopping, banking or doing research for this medium, because I think that it’s not sure, because is common the frauds to carry out by hackers.

I have my own Wed Site, it’s a Blog that Juan Pacheco, my English teacher, made me doing, for practice the essay.

THE STRANGERS

Sometimes you need to start conversation with persons that you don’t know.
The places that you start conversation often are:

· In a line at movie, cinema or bank.
· In a bus.
· Or in this places gets pretty crowded.

I stars conversation with strangers because sometimes has been a lot of useful, for example when you are lost and need a guide. But I has been in problems, because the persons sometimes have bad intentions.
When I talk with a stranger, I talked about the things that I see around me. And talked about different topics depend on person, for example, with a old person you can talk about moral degradation or politics topics, or when you talk with young people you can talk about music, university or activities of free time.
I prefer to talk whit old persons. And I prefer to talk whit woman, because the men hardly ever have an equivocal interpretation.

Mi name is MAGALIS MILENA SILVERA AVILA, I’m 23 years old, and I’m from Barranquilla – Colombia.

I studied in Atlántico’s University, I’m Chemistry and pharmacy; now I’m working in Procaps S.A., I work in this company since 2007, this is my first job, there I’m a Dossier Analyst, that is mean to analyze the medicine documents that are made here.
I’m so skilful in math and essay.

Now my Hobbies are going to walk, go to the beach (it’s my favorite place), listening music, and I enjoy reading psychology books.

My family is compound for my parents, two sisters, a niece, my brother in law, and me.
My father is 53 years, he is very responsible and hard worker, he likes all kind of music, specialty salsa, and African music. He enjoys listening and dancing it.

My mother is very Intelligent, I think that she is like a box of surprising, because she knew many thing, for example: she is a nurse, dressmaker, artist, secretary, and other interesting stuff. Depend on situation. She enjoy going to shopping and she loves to do new stuff specialty things like ornament.

My older sister is accountant, she is 27 years old, and she is married, she lives in Valledupar. She is like an angel, because her personality is very nice, she is understanding and very beautiful.

My younger sister studied importations and exportations, she is easy going, and very intelligent, she likes learning English and Italian language. She is 21 years old. She is like me in appearance. She is married too, and she has a child, my niece calls Isabella, Isabella is 2 month old, she is fun, and she behaves himself, she loves the music like her grandfather.

I enjoined my childhood until 13 years, my childhood was long, when I was a child hardly ever wached tv, only the morning’s saturdays, I saw the hour wagner, I was a social type and I have a lof of friends, I use to played whit them every night.

In a Kindergarten I was a restless child, but in general I was good. I enjoyed school very much, but I changed of school every two years, because I moved. In a last years in the school I remember that I had a lot of homework and the teachers were strict, I remember that I hardly ever did homework, because I preferred help to my mom all mornings and I was forgetful, also I didn’t like to do homework . I did it when I got school.

When I was in a school, my favorite subject was chemistry, biology and art, I didn’t be good at mathematics, but after I started to like, then I began to study this subject until became in good student for it.

I didn’t like the English and socials science because I thought that this subject was very bored.

When I was teenager, my tastes in the music were varied, but my favorite music was salsa, merengue , pop and rock. I didn’t like to listen vallenato neither champeta.

The worst memory in my live was when I did a oral expositions about oligoelemenst, and the teacher asked me about vitamins, and I didn’t know , then the teacher said ¡¡¡SIT DOWN¡¡. I remember that this day I cry and I was trouble all day.

I ever had a problem with the time. I was late for school every morning, and in this momen I fight against this tendency.
